Aims: To do a consolidation work on the theme “ pronouns”;
To explain the different functions of the object and subject pronouns;
To enlarge pupils’ vocabulary stock and arouse their interest in foreign language learning;
Type of the lesson: competitive lesson
Materials used: CD, cards, interactive board.
The procedure of the lesson:
1.Organization moment. Greeting pupils.
-Good afternoon, pupils!
-Good afternoon, teacher.
-How are you today? Are you ready to start our lesson?
2.Warm up.In order to start our lesson let’s say a tongue twister:
“Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear, Fuzzy wuzzy had no hair.
Fuzzy Wozzy wasn’t very Fuzzy,
Was He?”
3.Now look at the blackboard. Here you can see different pictures. Can you name them.What are the first letters of the words?

Ok, right you are. What was our theme last time? Pronouns. Today we are going to have consolidation lesson on this theme. So we will have lesson in a form of competition among pronouns. Let’s divide into 3 groups.
Now let’s revise:

5.Match the pronouns according to their types.
Put the object pronouns in the first column,subject pronouns in the second column.
6.Exercise for the possessive pronoun:

7. Warm up. “How many fingers do you have?”
Stand up and dance using your hands.
8.Multiple choice test.
