Checking up the home task. -Your home task was to learn by heart new words. -How do you say these words in English? O’K. Very good. Thank you. III.Introduse new theme Divide into 2 groups with pictures “Fire and water” Please, open your books at page 22. – What is it? – The adventure car. – Who are they?(They are children). – Can you remember the names of the children?(Leo,Jim,Su,Mike,Sally) – Where are the children? (They are in the Adventure Car). You are right, thank you. IV. New words: The theme of our lesson “Fire and water” At first, we should acquaint with new words. (Demonstrated new words with pictures ) Listen and repeat after me all together. Fire – A rope Water Computer Computer games A map Kilo Ground A sleeping bag Food T->P1->P2 V.Work with book -Let`s listen the story “How can the Adventure Car help?” T-21. You have a paper with short text. Who wants to read the story? One student from 1st group read in 2nd group, and the other way round. (Strategy “Jigsaw”) (P1-P2). Very good! Thank you.
