Fine. Let’s begin.

Today we are going to have an interesting lesson about different hobbies. I think you will share your secrets and we’ll learn about your hobbies.

Middle Pre-reading task.

So, as you know children, there are a lot of hobbies. Are you agreeing with me? Answer my questions, please:

What is a hobby? (Hobby is what people like to do in their free time.)

What hobbies do you know? Name some of them, please. (P1-P2-P3-…)

Diana: There are different hobbies in people’s lives. Dancing is one of them. Dancing is my friend’s hobby. Dancing is great. It makes our life happier and interesting. We are fond of dancing and singing in our free time.

Aset: I want to tell you about my hobby. My hobbies are boxing and reading. I am fond of doing sports. My favorite subject at school is Physical Education. I want to keep fit. I think sport is our life.

Nuray: There are different hobbies in people’s life. I am fond of painting. I like to draw very much. My favorite subject at school is Art. Painting is great. It makes our life interesting and happier.
